Currently, we have multiple horses for lease. A lessee is expected to be a part of the Trinity Ranch lesson program. An individual may lease one of the lesson horses at the ranch on a partial lease basis. A partial lease entails an individual getting to ride, as well as show the horse during a show schedule; when not being used for lessons, horses are available on a first come first serve basis. The lessee will be expected to help with cleaning the stall of the leased horse (specific arrangements will be agreed upon at the time of lease agreement completion). The cost of leasing a horse from Trinity Ranch is $400 per month. Trinity Ranch is responsible for up to $500 of the horse annually. Trinity Ranch is also responsible for informing the lessee prior to the horse being unavailable for use. The leased horse will be available to ride through the week as well as weekends.
